Please read these terms carefully before using The Attaché.
These Terms govern your use of The Attaché mobile application and theattacheja.com (the "Service"), operated by NoProblem LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "our", "us").
By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
The Attaché provides information, tools and coordination services for people living in, moving to, or doing business in Jamaica.
We are not a law firm, an accountancy practice, a licensed real estate brokerage, an immigration adviser, a financial adviser, or a government agency. We have no affiliation with any Jamaican government agency.
Information in the app is general guidance, not professional advice. Government requirements, fees and processing times change without notice. Verify anything consequential with the relevant agency or a licensed professional before acting on it.
Where a matter legally requires a licensed professional — conveyancing, trust deeds, immigration filings — we coordinate with independent licensed professionals. They are not our employees, and their advice is theirs, not ours.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at info@theattacheja.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate anyone or create an account on someone else's behalf without authority.
The app is free and contains no in-app purchases.
Membership is an optional paid subscription purchased separately through Stripe, outside the app. It unlocks expanded vault storage, priority AI, marketplace access, community channels, unlimited Intelligence Map access, and custom service requests.
Membership is billed monthly and continues until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing info@theattacheja.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may change membership pricing on 30 days' notice to your registered email address.
Some services — trust creation, consultations, utility connections, business registration coordination — carry separate fees shown before you commit. These fees cover our coordination work. Government fees, attorney fees and third-party charges are separate and payable by you.
Timelines given are estimates based on typical processing. We do not control government agencies and cannot guarantee any outcome or timeframe.
Membership: cancel at any time; the current period is not refunded, and access continues until it ends.
Professional services: refundable in full if you cancel before work begins. Once we have begun — engaged an attorney, filed a document, commenced a consultation — fees are non-refundable.
Consultations are non-refundable once the session has started.
Government fees are never refundable by us.

The vault lets you store identity and business documents. We never ask for passwords to government or utility portals — only usernames. We are not a document custodian or legal archive. Keep your own copies of anything important. Deleting your account deletes your vault contents permanently.
Intelligence reports and business valuations are licensed to you for personal use only, available for 30 days from generation. Business valuations are estimates, not professional appraisals — not suitable for lending, tax, litigation or statutory purposes.
The Business Marketplace connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction. We do not verify listings, financial claims, or the good faith of any party. Conduct your own due diligence.
You are responsible for what you post. Crime and safety reports are user-submitted and unverified. Do not rely on them for personal safety decisions. In an emergency, contact the Jamaica Constabulary Force on 119.
Do not: break the law; interfere with or attempt to breach the Service; access another user's data; scrape or harvest content; reverse-engineer the app; resell access; or upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate any account that breaks these rules.
The Service, its content, design, and The Attaché name and marks are owned by NoProblem LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that information in it is accurate, complete or current.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NoProblem LLC and its officers, members, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) US$100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoProblem LLC from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time from Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction granting you the right to bring proceedings locally, nothing here removes that right.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
